RIG	Aluminium mast and boom by Selden Masts; Furlex headsail roller; slab reefing on mainsail. Stainless steel standing rigging with bronze rigging screws; polyester running rigging. Lewmar halyard and sheet winches.
CONSTRUCTION	Pintail is moulded to a specification in excess of Lloyds by Blondecell Ltd under the supervision of C. Rossiter C.Eng. The hull is constructed of chopped strand mat and woven rovings with an isopthalic gelcoat. A protective epoxy coating is applied to the bottom under the antifouling. The deck has a l2mm balsacore with marine plywood inserts.
FITINGS and EQUIPMENT	The standard boat is complete with fittings including: pulpit, pushpit and guardwires;bilge and cockpit pumps; brass mushroom vents; sheet and halyard winches; samson post and mooring cleats; Sestrel Moore compass; navigation lights. Gas cooker in gimbals; cabin table; Brydon sea toilet; washbasin; cabin and chart lights.The standard inventory includes: 16kg (35Ib) CQR anchor; 55m(30fin) of 8mm (5/16in) chain; llkg (25Ib) kedge anchor; 37m(20fm) kedge warp; mooring warps, fenders, boathook and cockpit cover.
